....The CESTAT rejected the Chartered Engineer's certificate and value determination for the imported goods, holding that the Engineer failed to justify the quality differences and provide details on suppliers/manufacturers for comparison. The Tribunal directed reassessment of value based on contemporaneous import/NIDB data or sequential Valuation Rules after providing relevant documents to the Appellant.
