....This circular amends certain provisions related to compliance requirements for non-individual investment advisers. Firstly, it allows non-individual investment advisers to obtain an annual compliance certificate from any auditor, instead of a statutory auditor, confirming adherence to client-level segregation norms mandated by Regulation 22 of the Investment Advisers Regulations. Secondly, it grants a 30-day period from the end of each half-yearly reporting period for investment advisers to submit periodic reports to the Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body.
