Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, and in reference to the Notification No.70/2023 dated 08.03.2024 the Central Government hereby notifies that: "The RoDTEP implementation for exports of products manufactured by AA holders (except Deemed Exports) and EOU for 166 Tariff lines as contained in Annexure to this notification will come into effect from 01.04.2024." Effect of this Notification: The support under RODTEP for 166 Tariff lines as contained in Annexure to this notification will be available w.e.f 01.04.2024 due to requisite technical enablement at Customs Automated System.
