....Validity of revision / enhancement of the property tax - Non-deployment of revenue sources only leads to the denial of proper infrastructure and facilities to the citizens and the enhancement in property tax rates is only a move forward in that direction - The impugned GO, CR and Notification do make reference to the recommendations of the Central Finance Commission.
