....ove location over an area of 2049.3088 hectares and Central Government granted letter of approval on 13.01.2016; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, de-notified 121.43 hectares, 48.5715 hectares and 226.2143 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Number S.O. 2177(E) dated 05.07.2017, S.O. 1217(E) dated 14.03.2018 and S.O. 4772(E) dated 10.11.2021, respectively; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Kakinada SEZ Limited has now proposed for de-notification of an area of 516.3049 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.INC01-IND0MISC/1/2020-INFRA dated 27.02.2022. Further, purpose of de-notification of the present proposal of 516.3049 hectares to return of the land to the respective farmers, as per G.O.Ms. No. 12 dated 04.03.2021. Hence, in such case de-notified parcel would not be utilized towards creation of infrastructure which would not sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged; AND, WHEREAS, th....
