It is stated that the name of the company was struck off on 11.09.2018. Copy of notice of striking off is attached with petition as Annexure-7. Copy of Master Data of the company is attached with the petition as Annexure-8. 2. It is contended that the company has not submitted the Financial Statements and Annual Returns before the Registrar of Companies for the period 2008-2009 to 2019-2020. Copies of the Audited Balance Sheet for the period 31.03.2018 to 31.03.2020 are attached as Annexure-4, 5 and 6 of the main petition.....

As per order dated 30.03.2022, the applicant company was directed to furnish affidavit to the effect that at the time of striking off the name of the company, the company was carrying on business or was in operation.
