Since the issue in all the appeals are identical, we take up IT(SS)A No. 148/Kol/2016 for AY 2007-08 as the lead case and the decision of it shall be followed in all other 17 appeals preferred by the assessee. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the assessee is in the business of manufacturing and dealing in cement in its factory at Meghalaya. There was a search operation u/s. 132 of the Act at various premises of the assessee including its factory premises at Meghalaya on 18th and 19th September, 2012.
