As per report of Registry dated 21.2.2022, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs. 10,000/- on 8.2.2019 and a sum of Rs. 34,000/- on 30.12.2019 before the trial Court, i.e. a total amount of Rs. 44,000/-. Therefore, now there is shortfall of Rs. 1,000/-. 7.
