....e Income Tax Act, 1961 was conducted in his premises on 19.04.2012 and completed on 13.06.2012. Gold, diamond jewellery and ornaments were seized on 19.04.2012. Panchanama was prepared on 19.04.2012. Consequent to the search, assessments were made under Section 153A read with Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, making an addition based on seized jewellery. As a result of appeals filed by the petitioner before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, the assessments were set aside and restored to the file of the Assessing Officer for re-adjudication afresh.
