In appeal, the Ld. Commissioner (Appeals) vide Order in Appeal Nos. 87 & 88/2017 dt. 31.07.2017 has rejected the appeals, thereby confirming the order of AA mainly on the ground that the time limit prescribed under Section 11B of the Central Excise Act could not be relaxed or ignored.
