Consequently, any order passed in the meantime, even without having knowledge of the said order, has to be treated as non est, since the petitioner was entitled to file his objection till 06.01.2012. It is to be noted at this juncture that the subsequent or simultaneous order or proceedings issued by the respondents, either knowingly or unknowingly , will not make the order of this Court as infructuous.
