Subject: Regarding online proceedings to be carried out by Mobile Squad units through Register-5. Instructions relating to the procedure for stopping vehicles for inspection of goods in transit, and the detention, release, and seizure of such transported goods and vehicles, have been issued vide Circular No. Sa0/2018-19/229/1819009 dated 09-05-2018. In paragraph-2 thereof, various sub-paragraphs prescribe Forms GST MOV-01 to GST MOV-11. In paragraph-8 of Circular No. Sa0/2018-19/230/1819010 dated 09-05-2018 issued by the Headquarters, it was directed that the prescribed Forms GST MOV shall be issued manually until they are made operational on the departmental website.
