On pointing out, the appellant paid the service tax, but failed to pay the interest for the delayed payment. Further, I find that the Tribunal in the case of Triton Communication Pvt. Ltd. reported in 2007 (6) STR 58 has held that financial crisis is not a reasonable cause for failure to pay tax.
