....s Provisions Act, 1952,- (a) in section 2, for clause (m), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- '(m) "Tribunal" means the Industrial Tribunal referred to in section 7 D;'; (b) for section 7D, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- Tribunal "7D.
