The petitioner Revenue has filed the present Revision Petition aggrieved by the order dated 18.11.2004 passed by the learned Single Member of the Tax Board keeping the appeals filed by the Assessees pending, subject to awaiting the decision of the Larger Bench of the Tax Board on the question, as to whether the appeals filed by the Assessee can be maintained against the rejection of the stay applications by interlocutory orders. 3.
