However, this submission is not tenable in the light of the General Engineering Works judgment cited supra, wherein the Court has held that in working out the value of points and crossings manufactured on job work basis, the entire quantity of 105 kgs. of raw material required for manufacture of 100 kgs. of points and crossings will have to be taken into account.
