....titioners challenge the order dated 13-9-2007 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai. 2. In the light of the decision of this Court made in C.M.A. No. 861 of 2007, dated 5-12-2013 as well as WP Nos. 32670 and 32671 of 2007, dated 5-12-2013, the challenge to the impugned order passed by the Tribunal fails.
