Interest arising in a Contracting State and paid to a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State. 2. Article 30 TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in force indefinitely until terminated by a Contracting State. Either Contracting State may terminate the Agreement, through diplomatic channels, by giving notice of termination in writing at least six months before the end of any calendar year beginning after the expiration of five years from the date of entry into force of the Agreement.
