....al Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) These rules shall come into force from 15-2-2009. 2. In the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956,-    (i)  after sub-rule (2) of rule 20A, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely :- "(3) Any further information called for, in respect of an application or e-Form or document, filed electronically, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on its website, namely, www.mca.gov.in, shall be furnished in Form No. 67 as an addendum;"   (ii)  in the Annexure 'A', after Form No. 66, the foll....
