...., 1956, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication, in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956,-      (i) in sub-rule (1) of rule 16, after the words, figure and bracket, "sub-rule (5)", the following words, figures and brackets shall be inserted, namely :-          "or as provided in sub-rules (6) and (7)";      (ii) in rule 16, after sub-rule (5), the following shall be inserted, namely :-        ....
