....ment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the said Rules), namely :--    1.     (i)  These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Amendment) Rules, 1995.   (ii)  They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.    2.     (i)  In sub-rule (1) of rule 4A, for the words "fourteen days", the words "seven days" shall be substituted.   (ii)  in clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 4A, for the words "three months" the words "six months" shall be substituted.
