.... by Sections 157 and 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Customs (Fees for Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, namely :- 1.
