....wing amendments to the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import items, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time : With effect from 17.3.2008, the following new entry shall be inserted after entry at Sl. No.67 in Chapter 15 under Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) : - Sl. No. 1.1 has been inserted vide  Notification No. 92 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 1-4-2008 and further substituted by notification no. 3(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11-4-2008 [1.1 Restrictions imposed vide this Notification shall not apply to the following : (i)  Export of Castor Oil, (of non-edible grade), (ii)  Export of Coconut Oil through Cochin Port, (iii) Deemed export of edible oils (as input raw material) from DTA to 100% EOUs for production of non-edible goods, to be exported, and (iv) Export of Oils produced out of minor forest produce, as per table given below, even if edible : ITC (HS) Code Item Description 15159010 Fixed Vegetable oils viz.
