No.68/2007-Customs(N.T.), dated the 16th July, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), with effect from 1st day of September, 2007, namely:- In the Schedule to the said notification,- (a) in Chapter 52,- (i) for tariff items 520501, 520502, 520503 and 520504 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- 520501 of less than 60 counts, grey KG 6% 12 1% 2 520502 of less than 60 counts, dyed KG 7.1% 20 1.3% 3.6 520503 of 60 and more counts, grey KG 9.5% 28 3.3% 9.8 520504 of 60 and more counts, dyed KG 10.6% 35 3.8% 12.7 (ii) for tariff items 520701, 520702, 520703 and 520704 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- 520701 of less than 60 counts, grey KG 6% 12 1% 2 520702 of less than 60 counts, dyed KG 7.1% 20 1.3% 3.6 520703 of 60 and more counts, grey KG 9.5% 28 3.3% 9.8 520704 of 60 and more counts, dyed KG 10.6% 35 3.8% 12.7 (iii) for tariff items 520801, 520802, 520803 and 520804 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and the entries shall be substitute....
