....ed under this chapter will be subject to the following conditions: (a) Any narcotic drug and psychotropic substance can be imported under the Special Provisions for medical and scientific purposes as per Chapter VII-A of the NDPS Rules, 1985 after obtaining an import certificate under the proviso to Rule 53 of the NDPS Rules. (b) Imports other than category (a) referred to in the preceeding Paragraph will be governed by Annexure-V to Schedule 1 (Imports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09." 4. A new Annexure-V is added to the Schedule I (Imports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 as annexed with this Notification. This issues in public interest. (K.T.
