Ltd., People's Republic of China and M/s CSB Battery Guangzhou Co. Ltd., People's Republic of China, when imported into India, shall be subjected to provisional assessment during the period of investigation beginning with the 1^st September, 2002 and ending with the 28^th February, 2003 vide notification No. 110/2002-Customs, dated the 10^th October, 2002, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 10th October, 2002 [G.S.R. 696(E), dated the 10 th October, 2002] And whereas the designated authority vide its final findings in the new shipper ....
