...., being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Department of Revenue), namely:- (i) No. 137/2000-Customs, dated the 19^th October, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide G.S.R. 804 (E), dated the 19^th October,  2000; (ii) ....
