....ber, 2012 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby adds a new paragraph i.e. Para 3.8.3 in the Handbook of Procedures Vol. I (RE 2012)/ 2009-14 with immediate effect: "3.8.3.Procedure for Incremental Exports Incentivisation Scheme.
