The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has now confirmed that anything containing tobacco is covered under the Cigarette and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) (COPTPA) Act, 2003. 2.....
