Whenever there was requirement, goods were also cleared in accordance with customers' requirement. Revenue has used oral evidence of Shri Rakesh Kumar and Shri Sunil Kumar to come to the conclusion that the goods were cleared in the cone form. The appellant had grievance before the authority for an opportunity to cross examine these two wit nesses of revenue. But that was not allowed.
