        <h1>Export policy allows free export of chemical and cleansing products under HS classification, subject to listed exclusions.</h1> Export policy covers Chapter 34 products (soaps, organic surface active agents, washing and cleaning preparations, lubricants, artificial and prepared waxes, polishes, candles, modelling pastes and dental plaster preparations). It prescribes exclusions and technical definitions-soap limited to water soluble forms and surface active agents defined by a concentration and surface tension test-and lists HS subheadings with an operative export stance of Free for the enumerated codes, subject to the Chapter notes and policy notifications.
