<h1>Duty-free import limits for plastic-coated playing cards cut under SION K58; revised input norms for coatings, inks, consumables</h1> Amends SION entry K58 for plastic-coated playing cards by revising the permissible import entitlement for card board/art card coated (other than ivory board, GSM 135-350) used in the export product from 1.20 kg per kg of export content to 1.10 kg per kg, limiting duty-free/raw material import quantity against exports accordingly. Continues to prescribe allowable input norms for coatings (ketonic resin up to 6% by weight of card board and silicon fluid up to 2% by weight, or water-based coatings up to 8%), printing ink up to 2% by weight, and specified pre-press/printing consumables up to 3% of FOB value, requiring that only inputs actually used/required in the export product are imported.
