<title>2023 (1) TMI 1530 - NATIONAL COMPANY LAW APPELLATE TRIBUNAL PRINCIPAL BENCH, NEW DELHI</title>
    <link>https://www.taxtmi.com/caselaws?id=468597</link>
<description>At an advanced stage of the CIRP, once a resolution plan had already been approved by the committee of creditors and was pending before the Adjudicating Authority, the NCLAT declined to entertain the appellant&#039;s challenge to the rejection of its interlocutory applications or to examine the merits of its objections to the resolution process. The Tribunal held that grievances concerning the conduct of the process could still be raised before the Adjudicating Authority when it considers approval of the resolution plan. The appeal was disposed of without interference, and the appellant was left free to file objections and seek appropriate relief at that stage.</description>
