    <title>2026 (4) TMI 282 - AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING, GUJARAT</title>
    <link>https://www.taxtmi.com/caselaws?id=789213</link>
<description>Training services provided by an MSDE/NSDC-affiliated training partner conducting NSQF-aligned digital marketing courses were treated as exempt under Sl. No. 69 of Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) because the provider was an NSDC-approved training partner and the course was accredited and mapped to the relevant skill framework. For the intervening period from 10.10.2024 to 15.01.2025, the amended entry omitted the NSDC-approved training partner route and limited the exemption to training bodies accredited with an NCVET-recognised awarding body, so no exemption was available during that period. A later circular regularised the GST position for that interval on an as-is-where-is basis.</description>
