    <description>Awards by a Tribunal or National Industrial Tribunal must be written and signed by the delivering member(s) and communicated to parties and the appropriate Government. Awards become enforceable thirty days after communication unless the appropriate Government or Central Government notifies that enforcement is inexpedient on public grounds; following such notification the government may, within ninety days, reject or modify the award and must lay the award and order before the State Legislature or Parliament, with awards laid becoming enforceable after fifteen days or, if no order is made, after the ninety-day period.</description>
