Allocated ASC/ASA/Transhippers must report filing success/failure and repetitive errors to the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner before vessel arrival and escalate unresolved system errors to DG Systems via the Deputy Director with intimation to the Joint Commissioner (EDI).</description>
