    <description>A court may correct a misdescription in a plaint, judgment or decree where the amendment merely rectifies an accidental slip and brings the record into conformity with the mortgage deed. Sections 152 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 permit correction of mistakes in judgments, decrees and orders and preserve inherent power to make orders necessary for the ends of justice. Such correction is valid where no prejudice is caused, including where the error was made by a party, and the objection to the amendment was therefore rightly rejected.</description>
