Intermediaries must periodically update CDD, apply EDD to PEPs and higher risk jurisdictions, obtain missing identity records for existing clients or close accounts after notice, permit intra group information sharing with safeguards, and appoint a management level Principal Officer for suspicious transaction reporting.</description>
