Where the electricity law provides a consumer grievance forum and ombudsman remedy for billing-related disputes, writ interference is ordinarily inappropriate as a substitute for that statutory mechanism. The challenge to the meter replacement therefore failed and the licensee&#039;s action was sustained.</description>
