    <description>Regulation 10 provides that where an application for registration as a portfolio manager does not satisfy regulation 6, the Board may reject the application after giving an opportunity of being heard. An aggrieved applicant may apply to the Board for reconsideration within thirty days of receiving the intimation, and the Board shall reconsider and communicate its decision in writing as soon as possible.</description>
