    <description>Where a document produced, seized, or received in proceedings under this Act or any other law is tendered by the prosecution against a person or joint defendant, the court shall, unless the contrary is proved, presume the truth of its contents and that signatures or handwriting are those of the persons they purport to be, and shall admit the document in evidence even if not duly stamped provided it is otherwise admissible.</description>
