    <description>Every rule, regulation, and notification made or issued under the Act must be laid before each House of Parliament for a total period of thirty days across one or more sessions. If both Houses agree to modify the rule, regulation, or notification, it thereafter has effect only as modified; if both Houses agree that it should not be made, it is of no effect. Any such modification or annulment does not affect anything previously done under it.</description>
