    <description>Where attached movable property confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority is a movable, the authorized officer shall take physical possession and deposit it in a warehouse or storage place. If liable to speedy decay or costly to maintain, the authorized officer may, with leave of the Special Court or Adjudicating Authority, sell it and deposit proceeds in the Government Treasury, State Bank of India or nationalised bank as fixed deposit or accept an equivalent fixed deposit receipt in the name of the Director of Enforcement. Cash, securities, bullion or valuables must be deposited in a locker or as fixed deposit receipt, shares and similar instruments must be transferred in favour of the Director of Enforcement, and banked money must be directed to the Directorate of Enforcement account.</description>
