    <description>Rule 87 requires the Tribunal, on admission of an application under section 245(1), to issue a Form NCLT-13 public notice within seven days by publication once in the State&#039;s principal vernacular newspaper and once in an English newspaper, require placement on the company website (if any), and ensure concurrent placement on the Tribunal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies and relevant stock exchange websites; the newspaper date is the date of service. The notice must contain lead applicant, grounds, relief sought, admission statement, hearing date and representations period, opt-out Form NCLT-1 particulars, and publication costs are initially borne by the applicant but may be defrayed by the company or responsible persons if ordered.</description>
