Separate terminal utilisation periods apply for project exports and other supply contracts. Shipments must be declared on EDF/SDF forms. No agency commission is payable under the LOC; exporters may use own funds or EEFC balances and AD Category-I banks may permit remittance after full realisation, subject to prevailing rules. Directions are issued under FEMA.</description>
