    <description>The Tribunal may, on application by the LLP Liquidator, Liquidator of the LLP, or any person appearing interested, declare an LLP&#039;s dissolution to be void on terms it thinks fit, allowing proceedings as if the LLP had not been dissolved. The applicant must file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar in the prescribed form within the prescribed short period, excluding the time required to obtain the certified copy, after which the Registrar shall register the order.</description>
