    <description>A serving High Court Judge appointed as a Judicial Member will have service conditions governed, unless otherwise specified in these Rules, by the High Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1954 and relevant rules; after retirement or expiry of the lien period, the remaining term&#039;s service conditions (except where these Rules expressly differ) shall align with those applicable to Government of India employees of corresponding status.</description>
