The Central Government processes applications, communicates approval or rejection, and all allotted DINs are unique and valid for the life time of the individual. Directors must notify companies of their DIN and must inform the Registrar via company filings; directors must also notify any changes in particulars using Form DIN-4 with supporting certified evidence.</description>
