Shipments must be declared on GR/SDF Forms. No agency commission is ordinarily payable, but Reserve Bank may permit commission up to a prescribed maximum for exports requiring after sales service, to be deducted from invoices and reflected in reimbursable disbursements with prior approval. AD Category I banks must inform exporters and obtain LOC details from Exim Bank. Directions issued under sections 10(4) and 11(1) FEMA.</description>
