    <description>A Company Liquidator who defaults in filing, delivering or making required returns, accounts, documents or notices must remedy the default within fourteen days of service of a notice; if not, the Tribunal may order the liquidator to make good the default within a specified time. Such an order may require the Company Liquidator to bear all costs of and incidental to the application, and the section preserves any other statutory penalties for the same default.</description>
